The General Assembly of the United Nations in New York was one of the most talked about in recent years as the Palestinian Authority attempted to receive statehood recognition.
Speaking there was President Barack Obama in a speech widely hailed as his most pro Israel rhetoric.
“Israel, a small country of less than eight million people, look out at a world where leaders of much larger nations threaten to wipe it off of the map,” he said.
“The Jewish people carry the burden of centuries of exile and persecution, and fresh memories of knowing that six million people were killed simply because of who they are.”
Then there was Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who quoted the Lubavitcher Rebbe in his speech, highlighting the blatant hypocrisy in the U.N. and how it was “a house of lies.”
Now, Rabbi Gershon Overlander, Director of Chabad House of Hendon in London, England, is throwing his black fedora hat in the ring to prove how the Jewish people were the rightful owners of the Holy land.
In a 12 minute video posted on youtube.com, the Rabbi is seen speaking againt the backdrop of a U.N. hall.
The speech was filmed in a British studio. The U.N. setting was digitally composed by Blend Video and Photography.
